Suspect Sought After Attempting to Zip-Tie Worker in Toms River Smoke Shop Robbery

TOMS RIVER, New Jersey — A dramatic attempted robbery at the Noble Smoke Shop in Toms River has left local authorities searching for a suspect who tried to tie up a store employee. The incident occurred during the evening hours and has sparked a significant police investigation.
