Atlanta Police Seek Three Women in Attempted Liquor Store Theft and Employee Threat

ATLANTA, GA — The Atlanta Police Department is requesting assistance from the public to identify three women wanted in connection with a commercial shoplifting attempt and subsequent threats of violence at a local liquor store.

According to investigators, the three female suspects entered the retail store and gathered merchandise, attempting to exit without paying. When a retail employee confronted the group, the situation quickly escalated. Rather than complying or leaving the items, the suspects threatened the employee's safety before fleeing the scene.

Officers responded to the scene, but the suspects had already fled. Detectives are now reviewing surveillance footage from the establishment to obtain clearer descriptions of the individuals involved.
