ATM Stolen in Brazen Ram-Raid on Holbeach Bank

HOLBEACH, Lincolnshire — A bank branch in Holbeach has been targeted in a destructive and highly coordinated ram-raid, with offenders managing to steal an entire automated teller machine (ATM).

The Ram-Raid

Offenders used a heavy vehicle to smash through the front facade of the Holbeach bank in the early hours of June 30, 2024. The impact caused severe structural damage to the front of the brick building, leaving debris strewn across the street.

The raiders successfully detached and extracted the ATM from the premises before loading it onto a getaway vehicle and fleeing the scene. Police cordoned off the area to conduct forensic analysis and are appealing for witnesses or anyone with dashcam footage from the area to come forward.
