Ram raid reported at Chatteris Post Office

According to an article published by Peterboroughtoday on 31 October 2025, a Post Office located on High Street in Chatteris was targeted in a ram raid. The incident occurred at approximately 2am, resulting in the theft of an ATM and significant damage to the front of the shop.

Cambridgeshire Police confirmed that officers, including specialist scenes of crime units, attended the location to conduct an investigation. Access to the area was restricted for most of the morning while authorities processed the scene. Incident 23 of 31 October has been assigned to the case, and police are urging anyone with information to contact them either online or by calling 101.
