According to the police statement, the individual then entered the property and attempted to steal a motocross bike. The suspect subsequently fled the area, leaving behind a screwdriver and a shoe at the scene.
The 43-year-old suspect was remanded into custody to appear at Hull Magistrates Court on Friday, 27 March. Authorities continue to investigate the circumstances surrounding the incident.
