Attempted ram-raid at a post office in Cottenham

According to an article published by Cambridgenews on 10 December 2025, Cambridgeshire Police are investigating an attempted ram-raid at a village post office. The incident occurred on High Street in Cottenham at approximately 11:20 pm on Tuesday, 9 December.

Cambridgenews reports that three men in a Toyota Hilux attempted to force their way into the premises. The suspects fled the scene empty-handed shortly before law enforcement arrived. Cambridgeshire Police are currently appealing for information regarding the incident and have requested that anyone with relevant details contact them via 101 or their online reporting portal, quoting reference 35/93192/25.
