Attempted Robbery at Stamford Business Leads to Arrest

On November 2, a man attempted to rob a business located at 123 Elm Street in Stamford, Connecticut. The suspect, later identified as a 35-year-old man from Bridgeport, entered the premises and demanded money from the cash register. The suspect was armed with a knife and threatened the employees, but no injuries were reported. The suspect fled the scene on foot after the employees refused to comply with his demands.

The Stamford Police Department responded to the scene and launched an investigation. The suspect was later apprehended in Bridgeport and charged with attempted first-degree robbery and criminal trespass.
