Bond Denied for Suspect Accused of Attempted Murder in Miami Gardens Home Invasion

MIAMI GARDENS, FL — A Miami-Dade County judge has denied bond for a man charged with attempted murder in connection with a violent home invasion in Miami Gardens, ensuring he remains behind bars as the legal process moves forward.

The suspect, who was previously hospitalized after being shot by a resident during the attempted break-in, made his initial court appearance following his discharge from medical care. Given the severity of the charges, prosecutors argued that the defendant poses a significant danger to the community and a potential flight risk.

In addition to attempted murder, the suspect faces charges of armed burglary and home invasion.
