BRADENTON, Florida — The Bradenton Police Department has launched an investigation into a recent attempted burglary at a local property and is asking the public for assistance.

Officers responded to reports of an attempted break-in where the suspect tried to force open a window or door to gain access to the premises. The attempt triggered security alarms or otherwise alerted the occupants, causing the perpetrator to abandon the entry and flee before police arrived.
