Investigation launched following Bamber Bridge break-in

According to an article published on 27 August 2025 by Lancslive, police are investigating a burglary at a business premises located on School Lane in Bamber Bridge. The incident occurred during the early hours of Wednesday morning.

Lancslive reports that two individuals are believed to have gained entry to the property by breaking a window. Approximately £450 in cash was stolen during the break-in. South Ribble Police have confirmed that an investigation is currently underway and that patrols in the local area have been increased following the report.

Authorities are appealing for witnesses or anyone who may possess relevant CCTV or dashcam footage to come forward. Those with information are encouraged to contact the police by calling 101 and quoting log 207 of August 27.
