According to an article published by Getsurrey on 4 April 2025, Surrey Police are appealing for witnesses following a burglary at a Morrisons supermarket located on Westfield Road in Woking. The incident occurred on Sunday, March 30, at approximately 11pm.

Getsurrey reports that three masked men used a crowbar to force entry into the premises, resulting in damage to the shop's interior. Although the suspects attempted to access the store's safe, they were unsuccessful. The group ultimately left the scene empty-handed, having stolen only a single Creme Egg.

Authorities are requesting that anyone with information, CCTV, or video doorbell footage regarding this incident contact the police quoting reference PR/45250037574. Alternatively, reports can be made anonymously to the charity Crimestoppers.

Business owners are encouraged to ensure that all internal safes are securely anchored and that alarm systems are regularly tested and monitored.
