Police investigate burglary at Derby petrol station

According to an article published by the BBC on 28 May 2025, Derbyshire Police are appealing for information following a burglary at a petrol station in Derby. The incident took place at the Gulf petrol station located on Raynesway, Alvaston, at approximately 23:15 BST on Tuesday 27 May.

The BBC reports that cash and alcohol were stolen during the raid. Following the discovery of the burglary, a police cordon was established on the forecourt of the station to facilitate the investigation. Officers are now urging anyone who was in the vicinity at the time of the incident and may have witnessed the event to come forward with information.
