According to an article published by Edp24 on 13 October 2025, a burglary occurred at Mane Street Barbers on Red Lion Street in Aylsham. The incident took place sometime between 2pm on Sunday and 8am on Monday.

Edp24 reports that an unknown suspect forced entry into the business by smashing the front door window. A quantity of cash was stolen during the incident. Phil Sadd, the owner of the barbershop, confirmed that approximately £40 was taken.

A spokeswoman for Norfolk Constabulary stated that a Crime Scene Investigation team attended the scene following the report. Since the burglary, the business owner has installed CCTV and alarms to improve security. Enquiries into the incident remain ongoing.
