Overnight break-in at Glanton pub

According to an article published on 13 November 2025 by the Northumberlandgazette, the Queen’s Head pub in Glanton was targeted in a burglary. The incident occurred overnight between Saturday and Sunday, November 8.

Northumberlandgazette reports that offenders gained entry to the premises and removed a till along with two charity donation boxes. The stolen boxes were intended for the Great North Air Ambulance Service and HospiceCare North Northumberland.

Northumbria Police were alerted to the break-in at approximately 11:50 am on Sunday, November 8. Authorities have confirmed that enquiries into the incident are ongoing.
