Burglary Crew Strikes 9 Highland Park Businesses in 30-Minute Rampage

HIGHLAND PARK, IL — Highland Park police are investigating a highly coordinated and fast-paced commercial burglary spree, during which a crew targeted nine separate local businesses in less than half an hour.

The incident occurred during the early morning hours when the suspects systematically forced entry into multiple storefronts along major commercial corridors. The crew shattered glass doors and windows, quickly targeting cash registers, safe boxes, and high-value merchandise before moving on to the next location.

Local authorities responded to multiple automated alarms, but the suspects had already fled the scene prior to their arrival. The police department is currently analyzing security camera footage and working with regional law enforcement agencies to identify the vehicle and individuals involved in the rampage.
