Burglary of HVAC Units in Maryland

In a coordinated burglary operation, over $40,000 worth of HVAC units were stolen from more than 10 businesses in Maryland. The thefts occurred on multiple dates in early October, with the stolen units valued at approximately $4,000 each. The perpetrators gained entry to the businesses by breaking windows and removing the units through the openings. The stolen HVAC units were then loaded into a vehicle and transported to an unknown location.

One individual has been arrested in connection with the thefts. The arrest was made following an investigation by local law enforcement, who are continuing to search for additional suspects. The stolen HVAC units have not yet been recovered. The police have appealed to the public for any information that could lead to the recovery of the stolen property and the identification of any other individuals involved in the crimes.
