Detectives with the Chicago Police Department are investigating a rapid succession of commercial robberies that occurred within a ten-minute span in the Logan Square neighborhood, raising concerns about coordinated crime sprees targeting local merchants.

A Fast-Moving Robbery Spree

According to police reports, the spree began when armed individuals entered a local business, brandishing handguns and demanding cash from the registers. Within minutes of fleeing that initial scene, the suspects struck a second commercial establishment just blocks away, employing a similar modus operandi. Before officers could fully respond to the second call, a third business was targeted in the same manner.

Witnesses described the suspects as wearing dark clothing and masks, acting quickly to minimize their time inside each location. In all three instances, the offenders successfully obtained cash and personal property before fleeing in what is believed to be the same getaway vehicle. No physical injuries were reported by store employees or customers during the robberies.
