Crooked River Ranch Man Arrested for Halloween Armed Robbery in Redmond

REDMOND, Oregon — Redmond Police have arrested a resident of Crooked River Ranch in connection with an armed robbery that occurred on Halloween. The incident took place during the late evening hours, causing immediate concern in the local community as families were out celebrating.

According to police reports, the suspect brandished a weapon during the robbery before fleeing the scene. Officers quickly launched an investigation, gathering evidence and witness statements that pointed to the Crooked River Ranch resident. The suspect was subsequently located and taken into custody without further incident. He now faces multiple felony charges, including armed robbery and unlawful use of a weapon, and is being held in the Deschutes County Jail.
