Eighth Teenager Arrested in CVS Flash Mob Style Retail Theft in Navy Yard

WASHINGTON, D.C. — Detectives from the Metropolitan Police Department have announced the arrest of an eighth teenager in connection with a large-scale coordinated retail theft that took place in the Navy Yard neighborhood of Southeast Washington.
