Fairfield Home Burglary and Car Theft Leads to Police Chase

On the evening of October 12, 2023, a home in the 2000 block of Sunset Avenue, Fairfield, California, was burglarized, and a motor vehicle was stolen. The suspects gained entry by breaking a window and took several items, including a laptop, a TV, and a set of car keys, valued at approximately $3,000. The suspects then fled the scene in a stolen vehicle.

The suspects were spotted by police, leading to a high-speed chase. The chase ended when the suspects crashed the stolen vehicle into a fence on the 100 block of Main Street. The suspects fled on foot and have not been apprehended. No injuries were reported. The police are appealing to the public for any information that could lead to the arrest of the suspects.
