Fairfield man arrested for burglary and homicide in Valley Ford

Authorities have arrested a Fairfield man in connection with a fatal incident at a home in Valley Ford. According to the sheriff's office, the suspect allegedly forced his way into the residence.

During the course of the forced entry, an occupant of the home was killed. The suspect is currently in custody, and the investigation into the circumstances surrounding the incident is ongoing.
