Fayetteville Armed Robbery Suspect Surrenders Following Police Standoff

FAYETTEVILLE, North Carolina — A tense police standoff in Fayetteville ended peacefully when a suspect wanted for two separate armed robberies in a 24-hour span surrendered to law enforcement authorities.
