Four Charged and Remanded in Custody Following Attempted Robbery in Ramsgate

RAMSGATE, Kent — Four individuals have been officially charged and remanded in custody following an attempted robbery at a residential property in Ramsgate, Kent Police reports indicate.

The incident, which occurred in March 2026, prompted a swift and intensive response from local law enforcement. Officers arrived at the scene and launched an immediate investigation into the targeted break-in, securing the perimeter and collecting vital evidence. Following active enquiries, police quickly identified and apprehended four suspects in connection with the crime.

Following their arrest, the Crown Prosecution Service authorized charges of attempted robbery against the four defendants. Due to the serious nature of the allegations, all four suspects were presented before the magistrate's court, where they were remanded in custody pending their next appearance at the Crown Court.
