Four Charged in Setup Robbery, Carjacking, and Kidnapping at Pensacola's Hotel Del Sol

A group of four suspects has been arrested and charged in connection with a violent setup robbery, carjacking, and kidnapping that took place at the Hotel Del Sol in Pensacola. Law enforcement authorities described the operation as a targeted trap set for an unsuspecting victim.

According to investigators, the victim was lured to a room at the Hotel Del Sol under false pretenses. Once inside the room, the victim was confronted by multiple armed individuals, bound, and threatened. The suspects demanded the victim's personal property, cash, and the keys to their vehicle.

After robbing the victim, the suspects forced them into the vehicle, executing a kidnapping and carjacking. The victim was later released or managed to escape and immediately contacted the local police. Using vehicle tracking systems and coordinate efforts from multiple agencies, the police located the stolen car and arrested the four individuals involved.

The four suspects face an array of charges, including armed robbery, armed carjacking, kidnapping, and conspiracy. All four are currently being held without bond in the county jail. The victim received minor injuries but did not require hospitalization, and police are continuing their investigation into the group's potential involvement in other similar crimes in the region.
