Gateshead Schools Targeted: Thief Causes £5,800 Damage at Cardinal Hume Catholic School While Inside Job Exposed at Another

A series of burglaries targeting educational institutions in Gateshead has sparked concern among local residents and school authorities. In one incident, a thief broke into the Cardinal Hume Catholic School, causing extensive property damage estimated at £5,800. The perpetrator managed to gain entry to the school facilities, leaving a trail of destruction that required significant repairs before normal school operations could fully resume.
