High-value mountain bikes stolen from garage in Fleet

Burglary reported in Fleet

According to an article published by the Basingstokegazette on 30 January 2025, Hampshire Constabulary is investigating a burglary that occurred at a garage in Fleet. Two high-value mountain bikes were stolen during the incident, which took place between 11:55 pm on Monday, 27 January, and 7:00 am on Tuesday, 28 January.

The stolen items are identified as a black and blue Giant Anthem and a black and blue Giant Trace Advanced. Entry to the garage was forced during the commission of the crime. Following a number of initial enquiries, police are now appealing for witnesses or anyone with relevant doorbell or CCTV footage to come forward.

Ensure all outbuildings and garages are fitted with high-quality locks and consider installing security lighting to deter potential intruders.
