Residential robbery in Stepps

According to an article published by Glasgowlive on 28 October 2025, police are searching for three men following a high-value robbery and assault at a private home in Stepps, Lanarkshire. The incident occurred on Sunday, 26 October, between 6:30 pm and 7:30 pm in the Laundry Lane area.

Glasgowlive reports that three suspects, described as being between 25 and 30 years old and dressed in dark clothing, entered the residence and threatened the occupants. A 30-year-old woman was assaulted during the ordeal but did not require hospital treatment. The intruders stole gold jewellery valued between £12,000 and £15,000, a four-figure sum of cash, and AirPods before fleeing the scene via Edward Place.

Police Constable Ross Dalrymple stated that the occupants were left frightened by the encounter. Authorities are currently reviewing private CCTV and dash-cam footage.
