Houston Police Search for Suspect in North Houston Convenience Store Robbery

HOUSTON, Texas — The Houston Police Department is requesting assistance from the community to identify and locate a suspect involved in a convenience store robbery in north Houston. The robbery has prompted an active investigation by local law enforcement officers who are seeking any viable leads.

According to initial police reports, the suspect entered the retail establishment in the northern sector of the city and demanded cash from the store clerk. Although no physical injuries were reported immediately after the confrontation, the encounter left the staff shaken. Detectives are currently analyzing security camera footage captured during the incident to compile a detailed description of the individual responsible.

HPD's Robbery Division is urging anyone with information about this incident, or anyone who might recognize the individual depicted in the store's security feed, to come forward.
