Huntsville-Area Crimestoppers Seeks Public’s Assistance in Identifying ‘Bicycle Bandit’ Suspect

HUNTSVILLE, Ala. — The Huntsville-area Crimestoppers organization is appealing to the public for assistance in identifying and locating a suspect involved in a recent business burglary. Dubbed the "bicycle bandit" by investigators, the individual is accused of breaking into a local establishment and fleeing the scene on a bicycle.

According to reports from WAFF, the incident occurred early in the morning of February 25, 2026. Security footage from the targeted business captured the suspect making entry, stealing merchandise, and quickly departing the scene using a bicycle as their primary means of transport.

Huntsville law enforcement and Crimestoppers are urging anyone with information, surveillance video from the surrounding area, or knowledge of the suspect's identity to contact them immediately. Anonymous tips can be submitted directly through the Huntsville-area Crimestoppers hotline, and information leading to an arrest may be eligible for a cash reward.
