Daylight robbery at Harmony Jewellers

According to an article published on 24 April 2025 by Newsnowniagara, Harmony Jewellers in St. Catharines was the target of a robbery on a Thursday morning. This incident marks the third time the business has been victimized this year.

Newsnowniagara reports that suspects used a black Dodge Ram truck to ram the front window of the shop. Following the theft, the five suspects, described as adult men in their 20s wearing dark clothing and blue surgical masks, fled the scene in a white Honda CRV. During the escape, a suspect pointed a black handgun with a silver barrel at an individual attempting to intervene, though no shots were fired. The Honda was later located by police on the North Service Road, but the suspects had already fled into an awaiting pickup truck.

The Niagara Regional Police are currently investigating the incident. Anyone with information or footage of the event is encouraged to contact the lead detective or Crime Stoppers of Niagara. The value of the stolen items remains under investigation.
