Knifepoint Robbery at Walsall Petrol Station

A 31-year-old woman has been charged following a knifepoint robbery at a petrol station in Walsall. The incident occurred on Tuesday, 26th of September, 2023, at the BP petrol station on the A452, near the junction of the A4123 in Walsall. The suspect, armed with a knife, approached the cashier and demanded money. The cashier complied, and the suspect fled the scene with an undisclosed amount of cash.

The suspect was later identified and arrested in the vicinity of the petrol station. The woman, who has not been named, was charged with robbery and is due to appear in court. The police have not reported any injuries to the staff or the public. The police have appealed for any witnesses or anyone with information to come forward.
