Man accused of burglary in Plymouth

Curtis Smith, a resident of Elburton Road in Plymouth, appeared at Plymouth Crown Court via video link to face charges related to an alleged burglary. He is accused of conspiring with other individuals to commit the offense at a property.

In addition to the conspiracy charge, Smith faces allegations of possessing a knife and a fake firearm during the incident. The defendant is scheduled to face trial for these charges later this year.
