The Hialeah Police Department is actively searching for a man and a woman accused of orchestrating and executing thefts from two separate jewelry stores in the city. The suspects' coordinated operations were captured on security cameras, showcasing a distinct modus operandi designed to facilitate a quick escape.

According to police reports, the male suspect would enter the establishment acting as a legitimate customer. While he browsed the merchandise and targeted specific jewelry items, the female suspect positioned herself at the entrance, holding the door open to guarantee an unobstructed path of escape. Once the male suspect grabbed the high-value jewelry, he quickly fled through the open door, allowing both suspects to escape before employees could react or trigger security locks.
