Man Arrested Over a Year After Burglary in Chicago

On June 12, 2022, a burglary occurred at a residence in the 1000 block of West 118th Street in Chicago, Illinois. The burglars gained entry by breaking a window. The stolen items included a television and jewelry, valued at approximately $3,500.

More than a year later, on August 2, 2023, Chicago police arrested a 25-year-old man in connection with the burglary. The suspect was apprehended without incident. No injuries were reported during the arrest or the burglary. The police have not released the suspect's name pending further investigation.
