Man charged after knifepoint robbery at Milton Keynes convenience store

A Milton Keynes resident has been arrested and formally charged following a knifepoint robbery at a local convenience store, Thames Valley Police has confirmed.

The incident, which caused significant distress to retail staff and the local community, took place in Milton Keynes. A suspect allegedly entered the premises brandishing a knife, demanding money and goods from the till before fleeing the scene.

Following a rapid investigation by detectives, a man was identified, apprehended, and subsequently charged. Police have reassured the public that targeted patrols are being carried out in the area to deter commercial robberies and support local business owners.
