Man jailed for burglary and shop robbery in Stafford

Christopher Boyd, 43, of Lichfield Road in Stafford, has been sentenced to six years in prison. Boyd committed a burglary at a house where he stole the owner's car. Following the break-in, he used a stolen knife to rob a shop, taking alcohol and food.

The defendant was apprehended and subsequently convicted for the offenses. The court handed down the six-year custodial sentence following the conclusion of the legal proceedings regarding the incidents.
