Man Killed, Woman Injured in Fatal Knoxville Home Invasion

KNOXVILLE, Tenn. — A tragic and violent home invasion in Knoxville has left one man dead and a woman hospitalized, according to local authorities. Police officers responded to a distress call at a residential address early Thursday morning, encountering a scene that has deeply shaken the local community.
