Man Stole Versace Underwear, Assaulted Employees at Charlotte Mall

CHARLOTTE, North Carolina — A routine shoplifting attempt escalated into a physical altercation at a local Charlotte shopping mall, leaving employees shaken and police searching for the suspect. According to local law enforcement and mall security officials, a man allegedly stole high-end Versace underwear from a retail store and subsequently assaulted employees who attempted to intervene.
