Man Uses Power Drill to Rob Woman of Car Keys at NW Miami-Dade Gas Station

MIAMI-DADE COUNTY, Fla. — Authorities in Northwest Miami-Dade are investigating a bizarre robbery after a man armed with a power drill confronted a woman at a local gas station and stole her car keys.

According to the Miami-Dade Police Department, the incident occurred at a service station in the northwest quadrant of the county. The victim was reportedly at the gas station when she was approached by an unidentified male suspect. In a sudden and threatening move, the suspect brandished a power drill, using it as a weapon to demand her belongings.

Terrified by the confrontation, the victim complied with the assailant's demands. The suspect grabbed her vehicle's keys and quickly fled the scene. Fortunately, the victim did not sustain any physical injuries during the encounter, though the psychological impact of the threat remains significant.
