Morrisons Employee Assaulted During Violent Vapes Robbery in Harrogate

A retail worker at the Morrisons store in Harrogate was assaulted during a robbery, prompting an urgent appeal for information from North Yorkshire Police. The incident involved the theft of vapes and electronic cigarettes.

Staff Member Assaulted

The robbery took place at the supermarket premises on Hookstone Chase, Harrogate. A suspect attempted to steal a quantity of vapes from the store's kiosk. When challenged by a store employee, the suspect became violent, punching the worker in the face before fleeing the scene with the stolen items. The employee sustained minor injuries and was left shaken by the encounter.
