Motorcyclist Assaulted and Robbed Outside Derby KFC

An investigation is underway after a motorcyclist was assaulted and had his vehicle stolen outside a KFC restaurant in Derby. The victim was targeted in what police are describing as a robbery in broad daylight.

According to reports, the victim was approached by the suspect outside the fast-food branch. The attacker punched the man before seizing control of the motorcycle and fleeing the scene. Officers from Derbyshire Constabulary are reviewing security footage from the restaurant and surrounding businesses to identify the perpetrator. Witnesses who saw the assault or the motorcycle being driven away are urged to contact the police immediately.
