Motorcyclist Charged Over Wineries Burglaries in Swansea and Bicheno

A motorcycle rider has been arrested and charged by police in connection with a series of burglaries at prominent wineries in the Swansea and Bicheno regions. The suspect allegedly utilized a motorbike to travel between targets, executing break-ins and stealing valuable stock and equipment.

Local winery owners, who have recently experienced a rise in property damage and loss, welcomed the swift action by law enforcement. The burglaries, which took place over several days, disrupted operations and resulted in thousands of dollars in damages to security fences and cellar doors.
