Multiple Arrests Made Following Large-Scale Theft of Furnaces from Dingens Street Warehouse in Buffalo

BUFFALO, New York — Law enforcement officials have arrested several suspects in connection with a major warehouse theft on Dingens Street in Buffalo, where approximately 50 home furnaces and various other items were reported stolen.

According to local police, the break-in took place at a commercial storage facility on Dingens Street. The thieves managed to bypass security measures and systematically remove dozens of residential heating units, representing a significant loss for the warehouse operators. In addition to the furnaces, several other valuable items were reported missing from the facility.

Following a prompt investigation, Buffalo police detectives traced the stolen merchandise and identified multiple individuals suspected of involvement in the heist. The suspects were taken into custody and face charges including commercial burglary, grand larceny, and criminal possession of stolen property. Authorities have successfully recovered some of the stolen property, and the investigation remains active as police determine if additional individuals were involved in the operation or if the stolen units had already been resold on the secondary market.
