Officer-Involved Shooting After Aggravated Robbery in Richardson

On May 6, 2026, an aggravated robbery occurred at a jewelry store located at 123 Main Street in Richardson, Texas. The suspects, armed with firearms, forced their way into the store and stole approximately $500,000 worth of jewelry. The suspects then fled the scene in a waiting vehicle.

During the robbery, an officer from the Richardson Police Department responded to the scene and engaged in a pursuit with the suspects. The pursuit resulted in an officer-involved shooting, but no injuries were reported.
