OKC Police Investigate Armed Robbery Involving Silver Hyundai Getaway Car

OKLAHOMA CITY, OK — The Oklahoma City Police Department is actively investigating an armed robbery that occurred at a local store. Authorities are seeking the public's help to identify the suspect, who was reportedly driving or passenger in a silver Hyundai during the getaway.

Armed Robbery at Local Retailer

According to police statements, the armed suspect entered a local business, threatened staff with a weapon, and demanded cash and merchandise. The suspect then exited the establishment and fled the scene in a silver Hyundai sedan. Fortunately, no employees or customers were injured during the course of the robbery.

Police Seek Information on Suspect and Vehicle

Investigators have released images and descriptions of the suspect and the vehicle involved in hopes that members of the community can assist in identification. Detectives are asking anyone who may have witnessed the incident, or who has security camera footage along the suspect's escape route, to contact the OKCPD. Information can be submitted anonymously, and cash rewards may be available for tips leading to an arrest.
