One Arrested, Another at Large After $21K Art Theft from St. Petersburg Gallery

ST. PETERSBURG, FL — St. Petersburg police have arrested one individual and are actively searching for a second suspect following the theft of a high-value artwork from a local gallery.

The incident involved the theft of a piece of art valued at approximately $21,000. According to investigators, the suspects entered the art gallery during operating hours and managed to remove the artwork before fleeing the scene. Following a prompt investigation, officers tracked down and arrested one suspect involved in the heist.
