Padre Island Business Suffers Heavy Damage After Thieves Steal ATM Machine

CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — Local law enforcement is requesting information from the community following an overnight burglary at a Padre Island business, where thieves successfully extracted and stole an entire ATM machine, leaving behind substantial damage to the property.

According to the Corpus Christi Police Department, the incident occurred during the early hours of Wednesday, March 13, 2024. Surveillance footage and initial investigations suggest that the perpetrators forced entry into the establishment, specifically targeting the automated teller machine (ATM) located inside.
