Phoenix Teen Accused of Killing Neighbor and Living in Victim's Home

PHOENIX, Arizona — In a shocking case that has stunned a local community, an 18-year-old Phoenix teenager has been arrested and charged with first-degree murder after allegedly killing his neighbor during a burglary and subsequently moving into the victim's Laveen home.
