Residential burglary and vehicle theft in Wollaston

According to an article published on 9 February 2026 by Stourbridgenews, West Midlands Police have launched an investigation following a burglary at a private residence in Wollaston. Officers were called to an address on Devon Road on Monday, 2 February, after two men broke into the property, took car keys, and drove away with the vehicle.

The stolen car was later recovered by police after being abandoned in the Quarry Bank area at 3.30am. The suspects are described as two slim young men wearing jogging bottoms, running shoes, and jackets.

Stourbridgenews reports that authorities are requesting residents in the Wollaston and Dunns Bank areas to check CCTV or doorbell footage for individuals matching this description between 2.45am and 4am.
