Police link Livingston break-in and attempted break-in at two properties

Detectives in West Lothian are investigating two separate property incidents in Livingston which are believed to be linked. The first incident involved a successful break-in where suspects managed to gain entry to the property, while the second was an attempted break-in at a nearby address.

Both incidents occurred within a close timeframe, leading officers to suspect that the same individuals are responsible for both targets. Physical evidence and security footage from the surrounding neighborhood are currently being examined to identify the perpetrators.

Police Scotland have increased patrols in the area to reassure residents and deter further activity. Officers are asking anyone who saw suspicious behavior, individuals loitering near residential properties, or unfamiliar vehicles in Livingston during the time of the incidents to contact local police or call Crimestoppers anonymously.
